Who We Are
Dynamic Therapy Associates
is a team of skilled occupational therapists and nutrition coaches dedicated to providing expert pediatric care. Our telehealth and in-home services children and families throughout the state of Virginia.
What sets us apart from other pediatric PT and OT providers in Virginia? At DTA, we take a holistic view of health. We believe in treating the whole patient — not just a set of symptoms. From feeding difficulties to motor and speech delays, our goal is to reach the root cause of every challenge, helping each patient reach their full potential on their own time.
Who We Help
At our pediatric OT and nutrition clinic, we serve children (ages 0-21) and adults with feeding, nutrition, and sensory processing challenges.
Our services are designed to support families. We offer telehealth appointments throughout Virginia and limited in-home care within Frederick County, so your family can make therapy a part of your daily routine from the comfort of your own home.
What We Do
Dynamic Therapy Associates offers a range of therapeutic services for children and adults. We specialize in Sensory Integration Therapy, a holistic treatment for sensory processing issues which can support a broad spectrum of feeding and behavioral challenges.

Occupational Therapy
Our in-home and telehealth occupational therapy is a form of holistic treatment for sensory, behavioral, motor, and other issues. Led by experienced OT Lisa Gregory, our OT services include:
- Sensory integration
- Feeding therapy
- Life skills support
DTA primarily offers telehealth occupational therapy. However, we can also provide in-home support from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Frederick County and the surrounding areas. Contact us to learn more about in-home appointments.
Nutritional Health Coaching
Nutritional health coaching supports people of all ages facing feeding issues, as well as those who want to improve their gut health, maintain a healthy weight, or simply build more sustainable healthy habits.
Our nutritional health coaching services are led by health coach Daniela Powers and include:
- Nutrition coaching
- Health and wellness coaching
- Personal fitness training
